Loved the location, the front desk associate was very nice in explaining all the amenities included even the complimentary cookies which were very fresh and tasty. The room was very spacious and clean and centrally located about 15 minutes from uptown. Loved the full kitchen. I would definitely book this location when I'm in the Charlotte area again.
Cons Although I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were very clean there was a smell in the breezway which smelled like wet carpet that hasn't been cleaned. This is the only reason I am rating overall stay 8 out of 10.

Cons The time at our check in, the system was down where we needed to wait long and even given wrong room! The kitchen has microwave and oven but has no kitchenware?!
