Easy access from highway. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good food.

Not worth the money.

It was close to Carrowinds. That's about it, not worth the money would not return. I only booked it for the indoor pool for my children who could not even use it because it was closed.

Cons The beds were worn and sloped in the middle. You can hear everything. We were not that close to the elevator and we can here it going off all night every time someone would come in. And you can hear traffic from the near by roads. We only booked this hotel for 1 night and would not return. What made me chose this hotel was for the indoor pool for my children and it was closed, my youngest was in tears and very disappointed.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay! We especially loved the great indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the hot tub. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The value for money is excellent. A real highlight was the generous evening buffet, which even included two cocktails per adult per day. We definitely didn’t expect that and were very impressed! The only downside was the gym. It is quite small and has very limited strength-training equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay with lots of great extras. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an awesome vacation and the hotel met all of my needs.

The hospitality was 5 star. I loved the Kickback where they offer free food and drinks. I’ve been to many big name/brand hotels in the USA and they don’t offer this type of courtesy to their guests. I loved that they have an indoor and outdoor pool.

Cons They didn't have any type of turkey meats for breakfast. I would highly suggest that they add this as many people do not eat pork or beef.
