Very very clean Room was spacious and equipped with everything you’d need Beds were comfortable.Price was reasonable. Came for hockey game 5min walk to arena.

A "For Sure" Decision
The best front desk staff I've ever experienced in my traveling. I stayed at Louisville, Omni in October and the check out desk was very unpleasant. Sad to leave a hotel with a bad feeling after a vacation. Drury was welcoming, thorough and professional. I will return! I have no complaints at all.
Cons I liked everything, from the check in process, parking, feeling safe, free breakfast & dinner, cleanliness, shower pressure, quietness, bar area, marketplace, lighting, television, wifi, easy drive in and out, comfortable bed/pillows.

Cons Room HVAC didn’t work properly. Temperature was 74-75. Thermostat set at 69 but temperature would not cool. Room was uncomfortable. Checked in late in evening. Informed desk at morning check out but still charged regular rate.
