Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Airport

This was my first time staying at a Drury property and, because of the great service I experienced, it won’t be my last!

The staff were welcoming and genuinely kind. The complimentary breakfast and kickback dinner and snacks were amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Cons Parking fills up fast in the evening because the garage is shared with another hotel. However, the parking security helped us find a spot and I was at ease leaving my car there knowing they were patrolling the area.

Our stay was wonderful gret location, staff, and amenities

The value cannot be beat. The comfort of the room, daily kick- back and breakfast 5 star!!! The staff and customer service are unmacthed

Cons We dont eat pork, we would've like to have had alternatives

It is a great deal for those of us who have an early flight. The facilities are predictably neat and clean; the staff is wonderfully polite and efficient. I think every hotel should take lessons from Drury on how to treat their customers.

Perfect, I would 10/10 recommend and stay there again

Rooms are comfortable, staff is super kind and helpful, food was delicious, transfer to the airport was real fast, loved everything

Property is clean staff was really nice besides a girl at the bar was really rude I guess she wasnt having a good day and being rude to guest other that that everything was good this bad experience with the girl serving at the bar was on saturday 9/6 wasnt able to read her name tag but my wife said her name was kassie oy cassie something around there another girl there named was alyssa but she good other that other employee
