Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk

Someone ran up and down the hallway at 3am screaming.

Posizione eccellente direttamente sul riverwalk e vicino al centro. Colazione abbastanza varia. Lo snack del pomeriggio gratuito è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Fitness room fornita di tutto il necessario per allenarsi. Stanza abbastanza grande e doccia ottima

Cons Struttura un po’ datata che avrebbe bisogno di un pò di “svecchiamento”

Overall just beautiful hotel food was excellent !! If i do come back i will stay at this hotel again if im in the san antonio area thank you so much for great service/ staff....

Cons I went through booking.com unfortunately when I arrive the booking was not confirmed on Drury end so was told the receptionist had to make a call and get it push through as she mention even though i had my confirmation # so definitely i was ok it was booking.com fault...so waiting 30mins still nothing had been done so the receptionist went the extra mile and rebooked us through their website / computers so we can get settle.... so moving forward its check out time and then the receptionist notice it was push through to their system so i had 2 reservations so upon my departure I was told i can stay another day but since the first day i had to changed my itinerary since it was 2 days only....i was charged the 3rd day and was told that drury had nothing to do with the transaction....I called up booking which i submitted a complaint and was told booking.com could not do nothing which really upset me since it was their mistake so I decided I'm NO LONGER USING THEIR WEBSITE TO BOOKED I WAS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER but they decide not to look into this or fix it

The pool was cool it was closed though but the hotel was beautiful
