Great hotel i will never miss when i got a change to visit Pattaya!!

it was established old hotel with excellent amenities

Cons just too many people i encountered some guest who make racist come on another guest. it was not hotel fault but they have too many people in the resort and restaurant seating needs to be managed

The location was as good as it can get, and the property is spread across a decent area.

Cons The rooms were old and worn out, except a few front desk staff, most were direct (borderline rude) felt unwelcoming. The breakfast area and cleaning felt more like a local cafeteria than a hotel. Utterly disappointed.

Relaxing and great location

the suite was great, we especially liked the included laundry service and the free cocktails each day.

Cons The separate breakfast for the suites was a bit light on and the ordering off the menu took a long time, but we just switched to the main hotel buffet which was great.
