Rooms are very big and clean with a colonial feel. Heritage Wing suites show minor wear but hold their charm well; the Victory Annexe is newer but noise bleeds through thin walls and street noise from Jalan Penang can kill sleep in road-facing rooms. Beds are comfortable but pillows get complaints, and some guests found stained bathtubs. Book Heritage Wing and ask for a sea view.
