Eldorado Hotel and Spa

a bit dissapointed this time

love the location and the overall ambience of the hotel and the rooftop pool.

Cons ..disappointed in the room this stay. Shower had grungy mold on the entire base of the shower stall and normally there are 2 bath/spa robes in our room in past visits. Nothing this time. Why? Also, the entire pool deck was not very well attended to ...many lounge chairs had used towels on them and no attendant to keep it tidy and usable for guests. Sloppy and unkept.

Wonderful couples weekend away. Beautiful property. Walkable to all that downtown has to offer.

Cons Beds should be larger size to accommodate 2 persons per bed

The pool was great, pillows and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice .

Cons Room smelled a little musty when we arrived. We didn't always get towels and coffee when requested

Very plain rooms , not worth the money!

The location was great and the pool and hot tubs were very nice!

Cons The staff was not very friendly upon check in! The employee must have been new because she had to ask another employee about something! Room was dirty! Not what I expected for a deluxe king! Very plain. Room didn’t have a desk chair. Like the picture shows in there web site! Asked if they can bring me one. No response! Would not stay there again!

La struttura di per sé è molto bella e caratteristica. Anche la piscina merita ed è molto particolare.

Cons Il costo della stanza è stato davvero eccessivo rispetto a quello che abbiamo trovato. Il bagno era sporco e la vasca-doccia molto vecchia e rovinata, cosa che non ci si aspetterebbe da un albergo a quattro stelle. Sicuramente nell’albergo esistono camere molto più eleganti (e ancora più costose), ma questo non significa che le camere standard (pagate comunque molto di più di un normale quattro stelle) debbano essere date in condizioni non ottimali.
