Cons The shower water in our guests room on the 22nd floor, went out mid shower. She had to use sink water in a cup to rinse off.

Comfort- Good Food - Good Service
We had breakfast in the Coffee shop food was excellent. We also had dinner at Gordon Ramsey's Fish Pub again food was excellent. We had a wonderful room with a great view. All the essentials were there. Convenient to the elevators. Nice but small pool area perfect for our needs. Never had to leave the hotel, which is what we wanted. Stayed here on our way to Lake Tahoe about a hour drive. All of the staff was helpful and friendily.
Cons Traffic in the down town area we arrived around commute time. Parking structure can be a little tricky getting in and out.
