Cons Wasn't the cleanest around the hotel. Outside pool wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the inside/Outside pool and it never said it wasn't open when I booked it. The inside pool was okay but always packed and seemed there was no control over the people in there. We came back from the zoo one day and there was a handful of people in the outside area (which was closed) smoking weed and being loud. The pool area was definitely out of control and very loud. An elevator was down the whole time we were there.
Exceptional price for such a great facility
We enjoyed our stay and besides a couple things being wrong our stay was great.
Our room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the complementary drinks and snacks and breakfast was also very good!
Cons One of the elevators was down . The one thing in our room that was bad was the glasses in the kitchenat had lipstick smudging on them.
Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We will stay here again.
