Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Park Central Area

It was not what I was expecting. I have had better experiences with the Embassy Suites brand.

2nd shift front desk CSR was polite and attentive. Drinks and snacks Lobby and bar area nicely designed Convenient car Garage

Cons 1st room, in the bathroom the toilet had a top on it that belonged on a different toilet, looked very tacky Multiple elevators not working No hot tub or any spa services Lights not working in the sitting room Shower head broken, water spraying onto the ceiling Smelly Somewhat rude bartender during happy hour All halls point to a vending area but they are only on floors 4 and up

It was a great hotel for the price overall besides a few mis happs

Had a Bar,restaurant and breakfast included

Cons You have to pay $20 to park your vehicle and there was a break in of people vehicles in the underground parking area, the Lobby where the Bar is was hot and only 1 elevator worked out of the 4 they had

Cons Crowded parking area and water bugs all over the place

Cons Hot and musty smelling didn’t even stay here
