My stay was execellent
Every department, from guest service, hotel lobby services, housekeeping, and dinning servicer were ALL execellent, providing outstanding customer service. I enjoyed my stay and felt at home. My room was in excellent condition upon check in.

this was a one time experience and it was well worth it couch was so comfortable and the bed and pillows was even better and the balcony was wonderful
Cons when we got there we had no idea where to go. Nobody was around to ask if we needed any help but we end up figuring it out, but that was the only thing I didn’t like about it.
Breakfast was very good. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The rooms are large and have multiple televisions and sinks. The coffee provided was delicious.
Cons The check-in & parking was confusing. We weren't sure where we were supposed to go & if we had to pay extra for parking.
