Great rooms and location but badly let down by the noisy A/C units in the rooms.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast

Cons The air conditioning is extremely loud and cycles on and off throughout the night. The loud sounds made it impossible to sleep properly. If they modernise the air conditioning to something less noisy it would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately we won’t be staying with them again in the present situation.

The style and peacefulness of the main lobby, bar and breakfast room made it all the more relaxing to stay there.

Great conference space

Staff was friendly and accommodating ! Paula and Kevin stood out to me- thank y’all! The gym was great- big. Meeting rooms were good. Garage parking convenient.

Dinner Service

I travel hear weekly for business. It’s always pleasant and a pleasure to have conversations with Eric at the bar.

The Place to Be

Our 65th Family Reunion was held in Raleigh NC this year and The Embassy Suites was the designated hotel for our family stay. The rooms and amenities were great and the staff was amazing and very attentive to our requests or needs. The staff was quick to clean away and dishes not needed while we ate and always polite and courteous while doing their jobs. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly as well as helpful with answering questions about the city. Paula at the front desk and Hycenna(not sure of the spelling)as the bartender for the complimentary drinks on Friday evening was a joy to interact with. Overall I give this hotel a 8.5 out of 10 only bc there was no large outdoors seating areas which would have been PERFECT for our large family.
