Ember Hostel

Efficient

Very organised and efficiently run Hostel. Spacious dorms and good locker space. Each bed had its own light and electrical sockets plus a curtain for privacy. Good kitchen facilities and well managed. Ample shower facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons Few Restrooms and not convenient.

I had a reservation and came from outside the Denver metro area. Sunny the receptionist put me out on the streets and booking.com refunded my money when she refused to answer the phone

Cons Everything. I should sue your asses . You made me miss a concert and was extremely afraid and put in harms way because of your staff. False advertising when there's no.hot tub that works and you can't smoke pot inside

Nice stay in Denver aside from the food thief

The outside and communal areas, personal fan on bed, great privacy curtains, big lockers and a good location

Cons The showers and toilets got sweaty and humid very quick as there was little to no ventilation. My food was stolen/incorrectly moved to the help yourself shelf the very kind receptionist did what she could helping me find one or two items that had been taken by staff and offered some toiletries in return. Obviously the hoste can’t help if someone decides to be a terrible person and steal food but maybe a camera may deter people?

Very nice beds, sleeping area was clean and comfortable.

Cons The bathrooms and showers had a very weird smell. Decently clean but they need better ventilation
