Wonderful!
Wonderful boutique hotel, with only 12 rooms. The seaview rooms are absolutely beautiful, spacious, elegantly decorated, and offering a stunning view. Each room has its own deck facing the sea, with chairs and a hammock to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also has a private beach, spa and a very pretty swimming pool. The level of service and responsiveness from the staff was outstanding, far exceeding anything else we experienced during our trip in Yucatan. In addition to being very friendly, the team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp, gave great advice on cenotes, activities and restaurant. They also sent a doctor for the kids very quickly when I needed one. I highly recommend Encantada Tulum if you are in Tulum.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
We spent 7 wonderful days at Encantada Tulum celebrating our anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with delicious margaritas, which set the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay. Every morning, we enjoyed an amazing continental breakfast with freshly squeezed juices and delicious food. The quality and freshness were outstanding. The property itself feels very private and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always responsive to any request we had throughout our stay. We also enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. As an added bonus, we had access to the pool at a neighboring sister property, which was a great amenity. We truly loved our stay at Encantada Tulum and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

Encantada is an extraordinary resort with unmatched hospitality. It's private, quiet and idyllic. The wholistic experience was relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative to the soul. The design of the suites, hotel and spa are approachably luxurious and perfectly harmonious to the environment. It's quintessentially Tulum. The staff are beyond accommodating and genuinely caring and kind, creating the most meaningful and unforgettable vacation I have ever had. I will definitely be back!
Amazing Service
We had a very relaxing time. The room was absolutely amazing, but the main attraction was the hospitality. Everyone at Encantada truly cares about your comfort and convenience. We’ve traveled all over the world. Some locations are better, some are worse, but never have we found the level of genuine hospitality as we found in Tulum generally and Encantada especially. When we return, it will be directly because of the impression the team at Encantada made on both of us during our stay.
