A wonderful stay in the heart of Brooklyn!

Upon arrival staff were warm and welcoming! The room was spacious and clean. The whiteboard was a fun addition. Location was great for easy metro rides. Close to various coffeeshops, stores and restaurants.

Close to everything and also close to Juniors Cheesecake Restaurant and the Barclay stadium

Cons The carpet in on each floor outdated and raggedy looking. Carpet holds many germs and diseases. It should be replaced.

The customer service, breakfast choices, the morning staff, and housekeeping was so nice and timely! The location was perfect also!

Nothing since we were not even there.

Cons We arrived to the hotel and they told us that they have no availability for us even though we reserved a room with booking.com and even paid for it. No one bothered to notify us earlier in the day that we have no room so we could have cancelled the reservation and go somewhere else. Instead at 10:30pm we had to move to another hotel that they chose for us and it was a total disaster. We couldn’t sleep all night. The hotel just cannot move people to a different hotel without asking them first if that is what they want. If we paid for a room and it’s not available, from any reason, we should get our money back! Even if they gave us another choice somewhere else as long as we didn’t accept it it cannot be automatically charged

Perfect for a quick night or two stay if using this hotel as a launching pad for a cruise

Front desk staff was incredible. Charisma checked in me in and was very helpful throughout the stay.
