Never gonna recommend for stay there

Breakfast was decent.

Cons Did not expect such kind of pathetic service, expect for the Breakfast my total experience was very pathetic. I had to change the room in 2 AM in night since cooling problem was there in allocated room. I order some food, first it took me 20 min to order there after after half hour I asked for the status they told me that it has 45 min to deliver the order. I mean 45 min for in room dining than they should stop room dining

overall, a good stay !

Chitra was amazing. The staff were all very helpful. Comfortable bed and fab hot water in the shower.

Cons Didn't love the food. But again, staff was very smiley and helpful always.

Cons The property doesnt even have a swimming pool. Not justified with the brand name. Moreover its the hotel in a mall. 4th flooor to seventh floor. Only rooms and no other thing. We were promised to have taxi included in the tariff but at the checkout they simply refused saying they can't do it . Since there was no swimming pool, I upgraded the room to a suite with bathtub. But that bathtub was also not working properly. I told the staff, they change my room but at night 11pm, the room changing for a guest due to this thing is not good thing. You call it a suite room , then you always have team to check all the things are working or not.
