Cons The room smelled terrible. When i went down stairs to the check in the service desk clerk just handed me a can of spray. We also had an emergency we needed to leave a day early. I was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. This was my first experience with you and it will be my last
Overpriced, poor service and quality and management who don’t care
Honestly, very little other than the location. It’s off wolf Road which is perfect for those looking for north Albany and great restaurants. But there are many many other hotels offering better service.

LOCATION was great to get on the thruway to NYC. Breakfast was good and accommodations were good.
Cons Mattress was a little hard for me but not for my husband.
