Very nice stay. Breakfast was good with options.

Handicapped room was very good. Shower had hand bars placed extremely well fo safety. Bed level was great.. Need another chair in room other than one devil desk chair. Only draw back to room.

Convenient location for a short stay in Albany. Thank you to the friendly hotel staff! Rooms were spacious and nicely cleaned. Many restaurant locations in walking distance. Overall, great value for money option. Thank you!

Cons The room smelled terrible. When i went down stairs to the check in the service desk clerk just handed me a can of spray. We also had an emergency we needed to leave a day early. I was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. This was my first experience with you and it will be my last

Overpriced, poor service and quality and management who don’t care

Honestly, very little other than the location. It’s off wolf Road which is perfect for those looking for north Albany and great restaurants. But there are many many other hotels offering better service.

Cons Poor service, plastic cutlery, poor quality breakfast, cheap pillows and bedding, generally shoddy.
