The staff made our anniversary staycation unforgettable with generous hospitality and complimentary upgrades. Special thanks to Rand and Abdullah at reception for the thoughtful arrangements, Dimitrios at the Gold Lounge for his attentive check-ins and seamless express check-out, and Muhammad Al-Natsheh for a detailed tour of the wellness floor. The dining was exceptional, especially the desserts, which delivered rich flavors beyond their presentation. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, steam, and jacuzzi) were spotless and relaxing. While the outdoor pool is modest in size, the team’s attentive service, providing complimentary sunscreen and tanning oils, made the experience top-tier. Exceeded our expectations.
Cons A few in-room elements show subtle signs of wear and would benefit from a refresh, such as slightly frayed leather directory folders and minor cosmetic wear that you wouldn't typically expect in a property of this caliber. Additionally, the outdoor pool area is somewhat limited in size, though the attentive poolside service certainly helps compensate.
