Cons The swimming pools should have adult-only hours from 8-10 pm.

The location and concierge level

Cons They didn’t have our booking made through booking.com They upsold us on the concierge level telling us they had breakfast every morning and “happy hour with food and drinks” but they neglected to say those drinks were non-alcoholic. It costed 250 per nite additional.

Cons No slippers and no bathrobe for the guest to use

An experience one probably won’t repeat

The location and public areas are excellent, but overcrowded, perhaps with non-hotel guests.

Cons The shared facilities (restuarants, etc) are too crowded for guests in over 600 rooms to take advantage of them. The rooms are extremely small, “river views” are marginal.

Hôtel mythique mais la partie hôtellerie ne suit pas et est très vieillissante. Mauvais rapport Q/P.

Hôtel magnifique, mythique, dominant tout Québec. Beaucoup de prestations à l'intérieur !

Cons Hôtellerie indigne d'un 5 étoiles : chambres inégales au mobilier dépareillé, aucune prestation de qualité à l'intérieur des chambres. Hôtel vieillot qui n'a pas su se réinventer.

Decepcionante

Localização excelente, quarto confortável e bonito

Cons O hall é uma bagunça de turistas, você não se sente bem recebido no hotel pois mal consegue transitar. Pelo padrão do hotel e em comparação com outros da rede, faltam areas de relaxamento, comtemplacão ou coisas do tipo. Um hotel desse tamanho sem area para crianças, sem um lugar agradavel para ficar. Parece que esta dentro de uma estação de metro de tanta gente circulando.
