A delightful experience

The Norfolk is a genuine oasis in the heart of Nairobi. Despite being in a busy city, the hotel feels calm and secluded, centred around a beautiful courtyard and gardens that provide a welcome retreat from the bustle outside. The facilities are excellent, particularly the gym and pool, which were both well maintained and a pleasure to use. What really stood out, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. An elegant hotel with real character, exceptional hospitality, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I would be delighted to return.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Nairobi!

This historic hotel, dating back to 1904, has a unique charm and a magnificent garden filled with exotic flowers and beautiful trees, creating a peaceful oasis in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a lovely terrace. While the décor is not the most modern, it adds to the hotel’s authentic character. The fitness center is excellent, the breakfast is superb with a great selection, and the service is truly exceptional. A perfect choice for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.
