Fairmont The Norfolk

The location and the building itself were nice. Nice atmosphere in common areas. Nice manicured garden. They had a coffee table book about the building and the people that lived there, I spent good time going through it, would have bought one if they had for sale.

Cons The room was not maintained well, old tv, the chair fabric was tearing, toilet didn’t flush well and shower didn’t stay in the position desired.

Depois de 8 dias intensos de safari, chegámos exaustos e este lugar foi simplesmente o paraíso perfeito para recarregar energias antes da praia. A equipa foi surpreendentemente generosa ao guardar as nossas malas de uma semana para a outra, sem qualquer problema um gesto que nos poupou imensa dor de cabeça e que mostra um nível de serviço verdadeiramente excecional. O conforto dos quartos foi simplesmente perfeito, exatamente o que precisávamos depois de tantos dias em tendas e estradas de terra batida. Cada detalhe foi pensado ao milímetro, cada membro do staff foi incansável em garantir que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Sem dúvida uma das melhores experiências de hospitalidade que já tivemos recomendo de olhos fechados a qualquer viajante que procure o equilíbrio perfeito entre aventura e conforto absoluto!

Everything about Th Fairmont N4orfolk Hotel is exceptional. When you enter the hotel it is like stepping into a different time poeriod, a time of cullture, leisure, a3nd sophistication. There is a very close attention to detail that makes every experience at the hotel special.

Cons Everything about this hotel is wonderful. There is nothing to dislike.
