Nice nostalgic hotel from my childhood

The smart TV and very friendly staff and nice breakfast. The AC was very functional and the sea view was nice.

Cons It's a bit outdated. The bathrooms need to be updated.

It was excellent, the day and night managers and staff were excellent ,well behaved and ready to ass

The breakfast was excellent, African and Continental dishes, made fresh daily, ready for the guest to explore. The dishes were neatly laid out and the staff were always smiling and ready to assist. The Chef came out to say hello when I commended hus dishes and asked if I wanted anything added, that made me feel special.

Cons The only downside was the swimming pool not functioning when I was there.

I did not like the room I got cos it had no smart tv and the toilet won’t flush.

Toilet didn’t flush, Tv is not smart and very old.

Cons The tv is old and not a smart tv. For 275k a night, I should at least get a smart tv. I checked out about 4/5 hours after checking in cos even the toilet didn’t flush after I called and a plumber was called in to check. This is not my first time staying at your property. I’ve been coming to your property from time to time since September last year. I always paid for the sea view rooms and got a smart tv. This time, I didn’t have enough money to get a sea view room and paid for a city view only to meet an old television that’s not smart. I got a work call and I had to leave two hours after checking in. I called the front desk to ask if I could at least get part of the money back since I only stayed two hours before the work call came in and he said no, you don’t do that, which is fine. I’m sorry, but it’ll be my last time.
