Staff work hard and are genuinely kind. The breakfast is solid. But the building itself is worn out: beds are hard, walls are marked, rooms are grim, street noise is loud, AC and hot water fail regularly, and doors break. Housekeeping ignores do-not-disturb signs. Skip it unless you only care about staff friendliness.
