Convenience and comfort in a central location

The hotel was conveniently located with shops and banking nearby. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel was neat. The room was modest in size while comfortable. Breakfast started at 6am which was convenient. The hotel was good value. The city is quite safe to walk around.

Cons The WiFi was a problem. The initial connection did not work in the room and was weak even in the lobby. At first they said nothing could be done but a day later they sent someone to my room and put me on a different connection which worked. The hotel was full and I think they were having a capacity problem. I appreciated that the staff dealt with the problem.

Cons ロビーから西館までの階段廊下は改善してほしい。重い荷物を持ってアップダウンはきつい。小さいスロープならすぐできるのでは。

Good hotel for stay in UB.

Good hotel in a good location. Close to the city center - just a 15-minute walk. Pleasant and safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was tasty and had many options. Good hotel for a stay in Ulaanbaatar.

Cons the room was a bit small

日本の会社とモンゴルの会社の共同の設立だとは、ホテルに着くまで知りませんでした。 スタッフの方に日本語を話されるかたもみえて。 へぇー、こんなところも有るんやと思いました。

Cons 惜しむらくは、日本人があまり居ないほうが、私には望ましかったですかね。
