הבריכה היתה גדולה אבל ההרגשה של אתר בנייה משפצים שם גם מופיע שיש פטרק מים ואין בכלל החדרים מאוד ישנים תמואת הכסף ששלמתי זה לא היה הוגן

Cons חדרים מיושנים מאוד עמוס ומאוד יקר יש שם עבודות שיפוצים

café da manhã foi pago porem ,estava bom ,pelo valor poderia ser melhor, localização ótimo, serviços de atendimento muito bom também, piscina muito boa ,serviço de praia também muito bom .

Cons a limpeza do quarto teve bom porem poderiam repor oque foi consumido pois tive que sair no meio da noite atrás de agua que já tinha acabado no quarto e não repuseram;

Cons The hotel staff never discloses when people are booking that there is ongoing construction and that certain amenities aren’t available (obviously to not discourage people from booking). However, this only leads to discouraged/upset guests in-person. The construction in the pool was awful to look at and very noisy. You hear the machine alarms beeping backing up constantly. The jacuzzi was closed. It was not relaxing or pretty to look at. Nothing looked like a 5 star hotel. The shower in my suite did not heat up. My partner and I were sick and the last thing we needed was cold water to shower. We were only staying one night and by the time we noticed it was too late to change rooms plus having to pack. I paid a lot of money to go to the spa, only to be told that the very thing I came for had been closed for the past 1-2 years. The staff NEEDS to tell clients if they are okay with certain amenities not being open. She says it’s somewhere on the website which I never found. But regardless of that, I booked it over the phone not the website. It was very disrespectful. I nicely spoke to them and they said “yeah, oh well. I’m pretty sure it says it somewhere on the website.” We also went to the beach and the workers threw our phones to the sand to collect the chairs and water went into our phones and 1 of them broke. And when departing we sat outside in the heat for a long time sweating our butts off waiting for the car. This was meant to be a luxury stay to celebrate my partner’s birthday and it was a nightmare. I was so embarrassed that this was the experience I ended up giving him.

It’s okay but not worth what I paid. It could’ve been cleaner and the rooms were just okay

Location was good

Cons Not very clean and very outdated. Also, the view from the balcony was lackluster.
