Great staff with a welcoming glass of port! Great rooms overlooking the Douro River. Just steps to the Port Wineries and just across the river from the Ribeira. A delicious breakfast buffet gave us a great start to our day.

Claudia made check-in a breeze, and Gabriella pointed us to some fantastic dinner spots — little touches like that made the whole stay feel personal. Our room had a gorgeous view of the river, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a highlight every morning. After a day out exploring, the pool and gym were exactly what we needed to unwind. Location is unbeatable too — everything’s walkable from there.
