Not worth the price

I liked the cleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the location of the hotel.

Cons The front desk staff need to be trained again. They were very lazy. I called down to the front desk to ask for a cart for our luggage and they said they could not bring one up because they were too busy. We went down to get the cart and the two people at front desk were infact not busy and were chatting about things unrelated to their jobs. The locking system on our door malfunctioned several times. We had to use excessive force to get into our room. The parking garage was extremely dirty and it was very hard to breathe in there. The price of this hotel is extreme. It was not worth the amount of money that we paid.

Wonderful Place to spend our anniversary

Perfect location!! Hy husband and I were celebrating our 37th Anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded as we are members and we received a free breakfast which we enjoyed very much. We had a very nice room with a king size bed. The room was very nice and clean. There was a nice coffee machine, tea bags and also bottles of water in our room. Downstairs they offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold drinking water. Refilling the coffee and hot water would be a good idea during the day. Not complaining. You could buy snacks in the lobby if you really needed too. The location of the hotel was perfect because you were in walking distance to basically everything. We spent every night down at the waterfront sitting on the Adirondack chairs that were everywhere. We had a wonderful stay!!

A beautiful experience!

I loved staying here. This was the first time in 10 years my husband and I had a night away without our kids. Honest! It was beautiful and I felt very spoiled and cared for. Lovely clean room. Giant bed. Clean linens and someone made up the room every day. It was such a treat. The restaurant on site was so good too. Definitely recommend!
