Cons Terrible Experience – Extremely Poor Cleanliness and Service The price and quality of this hotel are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was extremely dirty, had a terrible smell, and appeared to have serious hygiene and sanitation issues. We arrived at around 10 PM, even though check-in was supposed to be available from 3 PM. When we entered the room using the keys provided by reception, we discovered that other people were already sleeping there. It was incredibly embarrassing and uncomfortable for both us and the guests we accidentally disturbed. When we returned to reception, we were simply told to wait, without a proper explanation or an immediate solution. We were exhausted after travelling and needed to rest before attending a training course. Instead, we had to deal with this unacceptable situation late at night. The experience became even worse when we tried to cancel the second night of our two-night reservation. The hotel told us to contact Booking.com, while Booking.com told us that because we had paid the hotel directly, we needed to resolve the issue with the hotel. I spent hours going back and forth between them until 2 AM, trying to resolve the situation instead of sleeping. The terrible smell and unsanitary conditions made it impossible for me to rest properly, especially given my health concerns. Both the customer service and the cleanliness were absolutely unacceptable. The hotel is significantly overpriced for the condition it is in. In my opinion, the price does not reflect the quality of the accommodation in any way. This was an exhausting, stressful, and deeply disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodation rather than risk going through the same situation. Definitely not recommended.
