As African-Americans who value kindness. respect and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. We have been to Riyahd multiple times and have had week-long stays at this Four Points Sheraton. We are from America and experienced Great Customer service. Friendly. Cleanliness. The Manager was always very helpful and professional.
Helt greit hotell
The lift, 1 of 4 broke down throughout my stay. The amenities in the room, one day I had slipper, the next day did not provide, one day I had face towel, next day none and no shower gel, had to ask 3x to refill. In addition, the laundry they left at receotion and forgot totally.
overall good and excellent specially chito- who helped us upon arrival and checked out food restaurant staff was great too only the Airconditioning at night is way too warm Thanks
