Cons Rude receptionist Vicki Vazquez; parking payment code was not working, she wouldn’t assist us when we asked. In all my years, never encountered a more incompetent, nasty, and rude hotel receptionist. Stay away from Four Points and Sheraton

To many fees, I'm a disabled army veteran and I had to pay for handicapped parking. And I had to pay $50 a day incidental fees. And $21 for a continental breakfast any other hotel gives you this for free..I will never spend my hard earned money here again
