Cons The glass elevators was a modern twist (nice) .They stop working on numerous occasions. It was a very uncomfortable feeling , being stuck high in the air..and parking should have been free.You could also smell and see people smoking weed out side .. What you do in your house is your private business .. but not on hotel property … E.G

Cons Bugs in the room. I submitted photos and videos trying to obtain a refund, and they keep ignoring me.

A comfortable room, but the parking fees and poor customer service made for a disappointing stay.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a convenient location. The facilities were decent and met my basic expectations for the stay.

Cons I was very disappointed that guests are charged separately for parking. I travel frequently and have never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking overnight. I also did not like the service when I arrived for check-in. The front desk employee was rude, and I felt uncomfortable and judged during the interaction, especially when she insisted on seeing my husband. Unfortunately, after that experience, my entire impression of the hotel was negative.

Staff was wonderful. I choked in the lobby and was offered a free bottle of water.
