4pts Sheraton Pakuwon Indah is the place to stay in Surabaya without a doubt
Breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The spread was absolutely amazing and delicious. Rooftop bar was lovely in the evening, breezy, good music n good welcome drink. Location is situated in 2 malls, where everything was easy access! I definitely want to go back to this hotel again!!

It's very convenient as it's very near to pakumon mall and PTC, within walking distance. It is also easy to get taxi nearby (grab and bluebird). The staf is very friendly and the room is very clean and big and it has a good lighting, not too dim and not too bright. Bathroom is also clean and big.
All perfect store ! They really show us what true hospitality actually is. Kudos !
Everything ! The room, the clranliness, the staffs, the foods,the location ,it is perfecto ! It is my 4th or 5th or 6th maybe,staying here. Never fail to make me have a big smile. When i go to restaurant, they always bring such hospitality u ll find nowhere in any hotels in Indo. And it is 4 stars hotels. Kudos to u all at Four Points Pakuwon !
