Could be good hotel, but it needs renovation and stuff needs to be better trained

Cons The wooden furniture and flooring looked quite worn, with faded and damaged areas, and clearly need restoration. Also, the service at the Japanese restaurant did not match the level expected from a hotel like this. Our order was mixed up, the dishes were served in the wrong order, and I often had to look for a waiter whenever I needed something.

Cons I stayed at the Four Seasons in Athens and, unfortunately, €1,500 in cash was stolen from my bag during my stay. I fully acknowledge that I did not leave the money in the safe, and I take responsibility for that mistake. But I also never imagined that at a hotel of this level, and with the Four Seasons name, I would have to worry about money being stolen from my personal belongings. What made the experience even more disappointing was the hotel’s response. Rather than making me feel that such a serious incident was being treated with genuine concern, the hotel completely distanced itself from any responsibility. I am not writing this review to avoid responsibility for my own mistake. I am writing it to warn other guests: do not leave cash, valuables, or anything important outside the safe — not even inside your personal luggage or bag. When you pay Four Seasons prices, you are not only paying for a beautiful property and good service. You are also paying for a certain level of trust and security. After this experience, that trust is completely gone for me. A deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience from a hotel of this reputation.

The best hotel in Athens, but not like other Four Seasons.

Cozy place with a great location, and you don’t need to go outside the hotel.

Cons Having visited many Four Seasons hotels, I must say this one is different. You don’t get the same feeling you do at other Four Seasons hotels. It’s simply a good 4 or 5-star hotel, and that’s all. Is it worth that money? No. But is it the best hotel in Athens? Yes.
