Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff.

Cons Decorating of lobby, no coffee machines in room, late turndown service, not fast luggage on arrival. No anniversary extras.

Very overpriced. Not 5 star caliber

Location and valet service

Cons Overpriced for so called 5 star. Did not feel fresh, lack of amenities. Needed to call for a bar of soap and wash cloths. Slow service.

Perfect Place to Enjoy and Explore Boston

Everything! Beautiful hotel, very nice room, OUTSTANDING WONDERFUL STAFF, we were treated like royals, wow!
