First time staying at Four Seasons Hong Kong and we had an amazing experience. Our high-floor harbour view room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and really appreciated the cake and drinks arranged for us. The spa was fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. Great location close to IFC Mall, Central Market and Hong Kong Station. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Cons La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû attendre 2h30 alors que nous étions fatigué et que nous avions renvoyé un mail le jour même pour donner notre heure d'arrivée! Pas de compensation ou d'upgrade. Nous avons demandé à voir le gérant. Il n'est même pas venu s'excuser! La plage devant l'hotel est ultra sale! Jamais vu une plage aussi sale! Avec tous les clients qui passent par là et l'argent qu'ils se font, ils pourraient la nettoyer chaque matin!
