Cons Staff were very uninviting, and disappointed by the poor service from a luxury hotel chain. Some staff members were nice once approached but generally cold and off putting
Beautiful hotel, super comfortable beds, and wonderful staff!
Lovely and kind staff! Super comfortable rooms and the most wonderful beds. Beautiful pool area. Great breakfast buffet. (The restaurant service has much improved since our last stay here in May.)
Cons 1/ The view from our room was looking out to the six lane highway and then the ocean was on the other side. But it did have a great sunset view. 2/Room service needs some help.
