Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen
Staff deliver excellent service but the hotel shows its age with outdated rooms, maintenance issues like broken AC and stained furniture, and a cigarette smell problem.

Relaxing and eventful
From the moment I walked in the staff were kind and helpful once I got to the reception Icy and Amanda were so welcoming and helpful, from the smooth check in to always having smile, loving what they do.
Cons Franky speaking not possible
Had a slight issue about the noise at night coming from the night club downstairs, and they managed to move me to another room swiftly.

Good hotel, definitely not four seasons hotel
The cleanliness and overall welcoming upon arrival need to be addressed. Otherwise it's all good. Staff are exceptional. The usual vibe of Four Seasons are not there. No comparison with any other four seasons property. It's like a normal four star hotel. It really need to be addressed.
Cons Cleanliness and the neatness
Perfect locatin. excellent value for money. very friendly and courteous staff. spacious n luxurious
