WORST four seasons I've ever been at (I've been at over 100)
Very racist staff. The front desk lady is cool, and the security is very nice. Everyone else, especially the manager, Tatiana & Lauren are absolutely deplorable, racist, and very rude. These people do not deserve your money, and don't care whether you spend thousands, they'll still treat you like a piece of sh!t on the floor. Insanely sickening. They deserve to get fired, and kicked out of St. Louis.
Worst Hotel experience
Worst experience ive had at a four seasons. This is not a luxury property at all. They have rude customers service, inexperienced security and worst of all the restaurant. Worst restaurant i have ever been too. GM needs to do something about Tatiana Suero & Lauren Heebner
