Decepcionante

Decepcionante. Una marca como Four season no puede permitirse tener un local de este nivel, muy lejos del lujo propio de esta marca. Es un hotel que no llega ni a 4 estrellas con deficiencias en todos los ámbitos. No hay servicio de recogida de maletas, las habitaciones de tamaño;o ridículo, ba;os sin amenities, piscina muy antigua, personal reducido y lejos del servicio que ofrece la marca en otros hoteles como Madrid, Kuala Lumpur, Bali….. experiencia muy mala.

Very good

We loved it the quality and the freshness especially my husband who loved it. Considering it was his birthday and in such a great hotel! And the buffet and the food was delicious thank you.

Cons That the facility was closed and we did not get told that the swimming pool was closed next time we would like to get some info on what is on

Overnight stay

The service received from the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. This was our second time staying here and have booked again for next year
