Very pleasant hotel

Amazing hotel. Smooth check in ( although you need to pay a deposit which I was unaware of , but they return it after check out, and it was immediately returned to my bank card ), friendly staff, and clean room. Kitchen facilities are nice and include everything you might need for your stay. There is also some detergent for the washing machine (the machine is a washer + dryer in one ). Rooms are cleaned daily unless you ask otherwise. The breakfast is exceptional. Both Chinese and western option are available. Although the venue for the breakfast is smaller than I thought, the food is really good and tasty! Also I would like to highlight the kindness of the hotel staff. The usual check out is at 13:00, but they allowed us to check out 1 hour later for free! This was extremely helpful since our train was later in the day. The location is great! The hotel is next door to the big shopping centre that has everything you might need - great restaurants, clothing shops, etc. Subway station is also very nearby, Less than 5 minutes by foot. the hotel is also very near to the sea, so you can have a nice evening walk and enjoy the views and peacfull atmosphere. Overall, I would definitely recommed this hotel for your stay in Dalian!

部屋が大きく、駅からも近くとても快適でした。

Cons ブッキングドットコムなのか宿泊施設の誤りなのか、サイトに記載の最寄駅の漢字が1文字間違っており、全く違う 場所に降り立ってしまい、時間もお金も体力も取られて非常に迷惑でした。 また、それで到着が遅れたにもかかわらずチェックイン開始の時間から約3時間経過しているのに、まだ部屋が準備されていないと17時少し前にホテルに着いたのに待たされました。

Wonderful experience in a spacious and perfectly located apartment

Spacious apartment, just next to the mall. The apartment building has a direct connection to the mall, which is very convenient. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent service at the reception desk and by the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the personal touch with a nice welcome gift for the kids.
