Close walk to china town and havelock station. The kids loved it.

The property was well priced and family friendly. The joining rooms were great for a young family. The pool was safe and easy to access.

Cons Perhaps needs an upgrade in some areas. I had paid for and organised a third bed for my third child and despite arriving at 8pm I had to remind them and wait for the bed to be set up. The breakfast staff were quite grumpy. The check in and out is slow with slow technology and old resources.

The location

Cons Dated. No bidet. Iron and ironing board had to be personally collected from a kind of store room near the lifts. To use the shower I had to continue to press on button on the tap.

Was a lot better when I stayed many times in the past before 2020

The location is good and Robertson quay is nice.

Cons The service at the hotel is not what it used to be, there are less staff members around to ask questions and having to scan QR codes to order drinks is annoying. The room was only made up once the whole time I stayed which was disappointing.

Used this hotel (complex) as a base for the F1, perfect location for the MRT, pool was lovely to chill by. We had a courtyard room which led directly onto the pool which we really loved. Staff were super friendly, extended a late check out to 6pm, fantastic.

Cons Lifts were annoying, set of stairs would be great for lower levels.

Very close to mrt only walking distance very comfortable sleeping, pool was very nice, staff was very nice and helpful when they could be so would so stay hear again for what we paid, only negative think was the rooms looked a little tired it need of a good update it. The lobby made you feel like it was luxury then the room was a little disappointing. I think if they updated the rooms this good be a really good place but then the price might reflect that so over all definitely would stay hear again with the family if you can get a good deal on price.

Cons La stanza e il bagno erano minuscoli. Una stanza (col bagno) grande come un corridoio.. molto scomodo per tre persone.. Inoltre il bagno (la doccia) aveva le pareti di vetro che davano verso la stanza. Erano coperte solo di una tendina che comunque non garantivano privacy.
