Cons Could not get a printed copy of receipt on checkout. First time ever denied that in all my years of travel. I had booked 3 rooms for myself & friends. Ridiculous not to get a printed copy.

Cons I had booked 2 rooms, and both families heard a dripping sound all night, we think it must have been from the air conditioner. I had a hard time understanding the desk staff, he talked too fast.
