5 stars. We would love to go back!

Breakfast is 5 stars--something for everyone. Hotel is beautiful. Location was great--we took the hotel shuttle to downtown to watch the fireworks

Cons Wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast is expensive but it's really great.

Really excellent, clean and so many facilities. It is so vast, but eventually we found the outside pool. Great location so we could walk to mall and Grand Ole Opry. Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure you had a great time. We spent far more than we expected in the great shops on site!

Cons We kept finding places closed when we needed a light snack - could the Italian restaurant be open all day? The Coffee Bean in the lobby also closed when we came back, the pool bar sold out of All sandwiches by noon, couldn't they have been replaced?

Very average convention

I did not stay at hotel but the convention center was very very average. Food was below what I expected from such a nice place. Plenty to see and do in multiple atriums but wow the food was well below expectations.

It is an exceptional property with excellent staff and facilities.

Clean, dynamic, friendly staff, excellent room.

Cons The last two times I have stayed there it had a power outage in the middle of the night. That is concerning.

Average for the price you will have to pay

The place is huge, and well maintained. It starts to look a bit old, and the food on site were quite pricey. I didn’t visit the pools for the 5 nights, but all my colleagues said it was warm given the heat. I used my upgrade certificates to get a junior suite, found the layout of the suite very odd. Overall, while the resort has lots to offer, bit you are sure to pay for it.
