Cons Room is tiny, no proper natural light. Bedding not properly cleaned. Building is generally poorly designed re noise cancellation. Price is overly exaggerated.

The best hotel in Addis Ababa for the money.

The location is quite pleasant. It’s conveniently situated near everything, especially in the city center. This is the only thing I like about this hotel.

Cons The hotel staff failed to inform Booking.com about the regulation prohibiting same-sex guests from staying at the establishment. We were experiencing a distressing situation due to this oversight. I have attempted to research the existence of such a prohibition in Ethiopia, but I have been unable to locate any information on this matter. The staff attempted to act as moral arbiters, which was a concerning behavior. I visited the hotel with my same-sex friend, and there was no indication that same-sex guests were not permitted. While you have informed Booking.com about this issue, we will refrain from booking a stay at your hotel. I was subjected to an intimidating and discriminatory experience. The staff even attempted to coerce me into booking an additional room for our arrival. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel….
