Cons Horrible attitude towards guest Very disappointing experience. We had to wait around 30 minutes just to speak to the front desk, and the staff's attitude toward guests was disastrous-unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. You would also expect basic amenities to already be available in the room, but there were no slippers, no toothbrush, and other essentials were missing. Additionally, the lights kept turning on and off by themselves throughout the night, making me feel as though I were in a nightclub rather than a hotel room. Overall, the service, staff attitude, room preparation, and room conditions were far below expectations.

Lovely clean rooms, tremendous value for money and hotel is close to malls and restaurants.

Large and clean room, cordial and friendly staff and love the locations, walking distance from a large mall and from restaurants. The roof top restaurant was top. Extensive breakfast in the morning and great dinner (good food and ambiance) in the evening. Hotel taxi service well arranged by nice taxi drivers.

I liked the location, I liked the breakfast and the restaraunt, I liked th services

Cons I did not like that the show for the first two nights had cold water- I had stayed in this location 1 time before and it went great and the shower had hot water. When I told the staff they insisted it was just a preference- but that was not the case, It was not fun taking a cold shower in the morning and a cold shower before bed time.
