A good 3 star hotel

Cons The hotel is 26 years old and the rooms are not up to what you expect . The rooms were not matching the booked room, cleanliness was terrible in the room, not even a bath rope place in the room. The price is not worth the hotel facilities . The restaurant selection is very limited , not much of selection on buffet and the replenishments of the foods were not timely . Overall the price you pay for is not what you get . Chose to move to other hotel Next morning after arrival Instead of staying 3 nights .

The location, the views and the staff!

Disappointing.

We expected a resort style place not a hotel in the community area around not clean. Did not feel Safe to walk around outside of the hotel

Cons Staff were not friendly rarely spoke. Only exception is the front desk Vineesha and her male colleague also the chef in the restaurant. Everyone else were sad looking, never smiled or greeted anyone. I have visited India before however not Goa. Won't visit Goa again. Will stick to the other areas where people are warm and friendly.

The property is excellent and staff is courteous, we had an amazing stay and overall experience. The food was great too! All in all a great value for each penny we spent.

Cons Due to close proximity of sea, the room walls sometimes sweat due to extra moisture but the view and experience this is something that can be overlooked.

Old but passable
