Hotel itself is lovely, seems new and I think with some work it could be great

Room was great, spacious and very comfy bed! The hotel itself is very modern and nice vibe to it. The shuttle bus service I think is a great addition.

Cons I think if they had a pool it would level up this property for sure. We had issues the first evening with our AC however credit to the blonde girl at reception (Cannot think of her name) sorted it straight away the following morning. Working in hospitality myself, I think the F&B Department itself could do with some work, The Roof Top set up is just strange! If you sit at the left hand side it's like fine dining and the other is just like a snack menu, tbh it really doesn't make sense. We had ate here two nights and I had asked for a Caesar in the fine dining side ( Which was on the Snack menu) as I wasn't a fan of the starters on that menu and was told no by the Manager (we would only do it for bigger groups) you think a couple would be easier and from what I could see I may be wrong but it was from the one Kitchen. In addition a table behind us one evening asked for a Pizza for one of their kids and they were told no you can only get this in room service. Again just strange, I think an "Al a Carte" Menu with everything combined would help definitely improve it. It's being treated as two spaces when in fact it's one. However there is one Star within the department Frank, every single time we had any interaction with him he was fantastic and a great addition to the team.

The hotel staff were really good The breakfast was ok The spar was closed I cannot get over why a nice hotel like this one has been built in such a run down area even on two occasions both taxi drivers also said it was a bad and dangerous area essentially at night

The hotel was clean and modern, located in the heart of the jndustrial area. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the centre of Naples approx every hour (11am- 6pm) if not a taxi is approx €25 or an hour walk. We had a hire car as well that we used once but parking in the centre was €7 per hour. Cannot complain about the room, very clean and modern with good mitsubishi air con. Bed a little too firm for my personal liking. Breakfast buffet we felt was mediocre, no hot eggs included, omelletes available at approx €10 supplement although choice of hot coffee is included.
