Beautiful hotel, lovely and green with plants and foliage. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very happy that they had nice gluten free bread when asked. We had a poolside room - very spacious with nice seating area outside.

Very nice treatment from the girls at the reception desk (especially Justine), and the rest of the hotel staff. The amenities are incredible and we had a very nice and relaxing experience.
Cons We were a couple looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, on two days, the pool (right in front of the rooms) was full of children screaming and splashing around from as early as 7 a.m. We understand that the behaviour of a few ill-mannered children is not necessarily the hotel’s fault. However, the hotel may want to reconsider its children policy, particularly if it is aiming to attract a more adult-oriented clientele.
Felt like home
I liked the staff, it felt like I was super welcomed and everything went smooth. We went to Siam Reap, the driver and the tour guide were so nice!!! Keep doing your job, you are doing great and I'll reccomend it to my friends!!!!

La estancia en el Hotel ha sido fantástica. Su ubicación es perfecta, a menos de 10 min de la zona de mercados y ocio nocturno. La habitación es muy grande, espaciosa y cómoda. Muy confortable, completa de servicios. El personal es inmejorable, atento a más no poder. Cuidan mucho los detalles. Pedimos prolongar un poco el check - out y nos ofrecieron más tiempo del que pedimos sin coste adicional, lo que se agradece enormemente. El desayuno es más que completo, con zona de cocina para pedir huevos como quieras y platos locales. Y el desayuno que te preparan para llevar si madrugas a los templos está muy cuidado, puedes pedir bastante cantidad y te lo preparan en una caja y una bolsa de tela. La piscina una maravilla. Llegar del calor de la visita a los templos y disfrutar de un baño es una delicia. Un lujo de Hotel al que volvería sin dudarlo, con una relación calidad - precio difícil de encontrar. Muy recomendable para combinar visitas a los templos, descanso y ocio
Excellent place, hospitability and helpfulness of the staff. Miss Nat helped us many times and was of great service and kindness. All the staff was amazing, the location and facilities are perfect. It made our relatively short stay perfect. The pool and massage service is great as well.
