Cons The stuff was soooo unrespectable. Please noone should stay there. There are so many option around. Rooms are old furniture and management are terrible. They dont know how to talk with guest. We had three day reservation but only stay one night. We are waiting refund from booking. Terrible guest service hotel.

I will definitely stay at the hotel when next I visit Istanbul in shaa Allah.
Good location and very good staff. My appreciation goes especially to Rabiah , she was very very nice and helpful and all the other staff were also so warm and welcoming.
Cons There’s a construction site behind the hotel which made our sleep uncomfortable but after complaining our room was immediately changed.
