Grand Caribe Belize

The Missing Room Key.

The experience was extraordinary until it was time to checkout and the front desk want to charge $50 US for one missing room key. The key had a plastic fob with grand caribe name on the front and the room number on the back…when you’ve already spent over $7K US for 6 nights, plus the other funds spent on excursions and buying local T-Shirts from guest services....please don’t lose a key or the local front desk will attempt to take more of your cash..one front desk clerk will make me think again about vacationing with Grand Caribe..

Great times at Grand Caribe

The unit we stayed in was perfect and nicely updated. The staff had the best customer service and were super helpful. The kayaks were great to use to get to the reef and snorkel. Great vacation!

AMAZING

This has been the best place I have stayed in San Pedro. The customer service is amazing, it is cleaned to perfection, and the view is out of the world. If you go keep an eye out for Jose. He is one of the kindest hearted people I have met out here. All of the employees here are amazing too though! Highly recommend :)

Best Vacation Ever!!

This resort is amazing..from check in until check out our stay was amazing!! Extremely clean and they do your laundry daily. The concierge service will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the pool bar!! It is extremely convenient to downtown or Secret Beach. The spa was very nice and the prices were better than the states or other places we have been. Look no further for a place to stay in San Pedro!!
